Orders will be sent by courier service. Our usual agencies ensure delivery within a period of no more than 5 working days from collection at HORSE1's premises for deliveries to mainland Spain and Portugal and 8 calendar days maximum for deliveries to the Balearic Islands. In the event of occasional transport problems, the customer will be informed.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped from the next working day.
HORSE1 needs a period of 24 hours (belonging to a working day) for the preparation of the order counted from the confirmation of the order in our systems.
